Since its inception in 1963 the Bihar School of Yoga has been recognized and respected world-wide as a teaching institution of the highest standard. People from all parts of the world come to receive yoga training and to participate in an inspired vision of life based on the yogic traditions.

Now Bihar School of Yoga is dedicating more time for Yoga Sadhana and Health Management Courses in view of the great demand and the good results achieved in past years. The following courses will be conducted at Bihar School of Yoga, Ganga Darshan, Munger, Bihar during the year:

Yoga Sadhana & Asthma Management
Treats diseases of the respiratory system, bronchitis, common cold, eosinophilia, sinusitis, tonsillitis, rhinitis, ear, nose, throat and mouth problems.
Dates:	3 - 20 March
Yoga Sadhana & Diabetes Management
Diseases of the endocrine system, thyroid disease, menstrual disorders, obesity, rheumatism, arthritis, spinal problems, high blood pressure.
Dates	3 - 20 April
Yoga Sadhana & Digestive Ailments
For diseases of the endocrinal system, bronchitis, thyroid disease, menstrual disorders, obesity, rheumatism, arthritis, spinal problems, HBP.
Dates	3 - 20 May
Yoga Sadhana & General Ailments
For all common ailments.
Dates	3 - 20 September
Please Note:
All the Health Management Courses are conducted in Hindi medium.
All courses are suitable for both students and yoga teachers, but they are only available to Indian Nationals. Non-Indian Nationals should look at BYB Courses.
