SadhanaLifestyle is actually a composition of karma (action), dharma (human responsibility) and samskaras (mental impressions) which affect, mould and guide the individual at every step. They can be guided to improve or undermine the condition of life. The effort one makes to improve the quality of lifestyle, of karma, dharma and samskara, is known as sadhana. Sadhana means practice, but more than that it means involvement with the process of transformation. The first condition for sadhana is faith in what you do; it is affirmation of a thought, a conviction, a belief. Continuity is the second condition, founded on one-pointed awareness, the will to achieve and determination; it represents the sankalpa shakti (will power) of the mind. The third condition is perseverance; once you start walking, keep going, do not stop until the goal is attained, however long it takes. These three conditions of sadhana represent the mentality of a person who is desirous to bring about a positive transformation in life. Sadhana is meant for such a transformation.
